How do I find product details/specifications?
To the right of the Browser’s center column is the larger installation image. The View Details link in the upper left corner displays product information, including specifications, installation methods and all available colors, as well as a link to order samples.
How do I order product samples?
Look for the colored square in the upper right corner of View Details to order samples from the InterfaceFLOR website. Only registered users of interfaceflor.com may order samples, but if you’re not already registered, you’ll have the opportunity to do so.
How does the search filter work?
If you’d prefer to search by attributes, use the Filters Tab. You can narrow your options by pattern type, pattern scale and differentiators like i2 and Convert. You can change or remove filters individually or all at once.
Can I email the products or collections that I like?
You can either email an individual product or a group of products. To email an individual product from the Browser’s center column, hover over an image and then click the small envelope icon. In View Details, you can just click on the purple "Email" button. This will open your default email program and pre-populate a message.
To email a group of products from the center column, highlight the envelope icon in the gray bar above the thumbnails.
Can I save the products or collections that I like as a PDF?
You can either export an individual product or a group of products. To export an individual product from the Browser’s center column, hover over an image and then click the Export to PDF icon (it’s the square with a smaller square inside it). In View Details, you can just click on the purple "Export" Button to save product information as a PDF.
To export a group of products from the center column, highlight the Export to PDF icon in the gray bar above the thumbnails.
How do I use Favorite Products?
You can add to this folder by hovering over a thumbnail and clicking the heart icon or you can do it in View Details by clicking the purple "Add To My Favorites" button. If you need to remove a product from your favorites, you can hover over the thumbnail and click the heart icon again. You can also remove a product in View Details by clicking the “Remove From Favorites” button.
What is a Job Folder?
A Job Folder allows you to save products or collections relating to a specific job in one place. There is no limit to how many Job Folders you can have. Expanding “My Jobs Folder” will display all the job folders you've created. Your Job Folders can be accessed at any time, whether online or offline.
How do I use Job Folders?
There are three ways to create and add to a Job Folder. Under the Products tab, click “Add” next to “My Jobs Folders”. A box will appear that asks you to either “Add to existing folder” or “Add to new job folder”. Just type in the project name in the text box under “Add to new job folder” and click the “Add” button beneath it.
You can also add products from the center column by hovering over an image and clicking the plus sign. The third option is to click the "Add to My Job Folders" in View Details.
When you’re ready to remove a product from one of your Job Folders, highlight the folder and hover over the product thumbnail in the center column and click the trash icon.
To remove a Job Folder, hover over the folder name and click the trash icon to the right.
